Shipping & Delivery Policy  

1. Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment verification. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.  

2. Shipping Options & Costs  
We offer worldwide shipping via trusted carriers.

Note: Customs/duties may apply for international orders and are the customer's responsibility.  

3. Order Tracking  
Track your package 24/7 using the link in your shipping confirmation email. Contact us at somilissoffice@gmail.com if tracking appears stalled for >48 hours.  

4. Shipping Restrictions  
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses.

5. Delivery Issues  
- Late Deliveries: Carrier delays (e.g., weather, strikes) may occur but are rare. Contact us after 2 days past the estimated delivery date.  
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Report within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Photos of damaged items may be required.  

6. Returns & Exchanges  
See our Return Policy for details. Unopened items may be returned within 30 days.
