We offer 30-day free returns on all unworn shoes. To qualify for a full refund, please ensure your shoes are in original condition with no signs of wear and include all original tags and packaging. Even minimal wear may affect eligibility, so we recommend trying them indoors first.
Once your return is approved, simply repack the shoes in their original box and use our prepaid return label. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. You'll receive email confirmation once completed.
